P!nk Sues Pharrell Williams over Attempt to Trademark P.Inc

Williams's proposed brand name will "cause confusion" with the high-flying pop star's stage name, her legal team argues

P!nk who has taken issue with Williams's attempt to register a trademark. He's trying to file for the brand name P.Inc, which P!nk's legal team is arguing is "likely to cause confusion, mistake and/or deception" with her stage name, Billboard reports.

The artist born Alecia Moore's company, Lefty Paw Print, filed against Williams's company, PW IP Holdings, at a federal tribunal yesterday (April 18).
