Justin Timberlake Apologizes to "Absolutely Fucking Nobody" on Anniversary of Janet Jackson Super Bowl Incident

While performing at Irving Plaza in New York City last night (January 31) as part of his 43rd birthday celebrations, the former boybander briefly addressed the crowd before singing "Cry Me a River."
As captured by fan-shot footage, Timberlake said, "I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to absolutely fucking nobody."
Aside from the 20th anniversary of the whole Nipplegate fiasco, the timing is doubly interesting because "Cry Me a River" is famously about Timberlake's relationship with Britney Spears, who took to Instagram earlier this week to apologize to him and anyone else she may have offended with her The Woman in Me memoir. (Specifically, she described his embarrassing Ginuwine encounter.)
Timberlake's non-apology is decidedly a heel-turn from the many opportunities he has taken to apologize — to Spears, Jackson, his wife Jessica Biel, the city of Washington, D.C., etc. — in the past.
