Well, we may have our first contender: notably privileged guy Harry Styles is now rumoured to be the 2024 Half Time Show performer.

As it was (and as it always does), the speculation began on Twitter when an independent reporter with a blue checkmark floated the idea in a post that has now been viewed millions of times. "There's been a lot of chatter, that multiple-time GRAMMY award winner and former One Direction star Harry Styles will be the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show performer," they wrote.
 
 
Harry stans are expectedly getting their hopes up, and acknowledging the ridiculousness of the premise; there's world record-making potential in an inaugural Most Feather Boas at a Single Football Game category. But also, wouldn't the Super Bowl be a hell of a venue for that One Direction reunion everyone has been clamouring for?
 
 
Super Bowl LVII will take place on February 11, 2024. It was originally supposed to be held in New Orleans, but the location was changed to the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas due to schedule conflicts with Mardi Gras celebrations. It will be the state of Nevada's first time hosting the big game.
