It covers his "life in music as a rapper, producer, critic and fan"
Outside of the studio, Pemberton wrote record reviews for Pitchfork, Stylus and Wired, and served as poet laureate for the city of Edmonton for two years beginning in 2009. He had previously published Magnetic Days, a collection of poems that arrived in 2014.
Pemberton's most recent album as Cadence Weapon remains 2018's self-titled effort, which he broke down track-by-track for Exclaim! upon its release.
